Which national parks need an entry reservation
Rocky Mountain National Park is the only U.S. national park in this catalog that requires a timed-entry permit to drive in.
Arches National Park, Glacier National Park, and Yosemite National Park do not.
Great Smoky Mountains National Park sells a park-wide parking tag on Recreation.gov. It is not an entrance reservation, and driving through without parking needs none.
These requirements are set season by season. A page that still tells you to book Yosemite, Glacier, or Arches timed entry is repeating a programme those parks retired.

A park-wide booking that is not entry
